Nulls Brawl Update: Sirius, Najia, Prestige System & More!!

Nulls Brawl Update Sirius, Najia, Prestige System & Major Gameplay Changes

The latest Nulls Brawl revealed one of the most ambitious updates in the game’s history. With the arrival of the 100th Brawler, a completely redesigned Trophy and Prestige System, major Buffies upgrades, new Rush Events, fresh game modes, and two large skin themes, this update reshapes progression and competitive play from the ground up.

Sirius – The 100th Brawler (Ultra Legendary)

Sirius is not just another addition to the roster — he is the game’s first true villain Brawler and the milestone 100th character. Classified as Ultra Legendary, Sirius introduces a brand-new shadow-control mechanic that changes how players approach team fights.

According to his backstory, Sirius once owned the first attraction in Starr Park. When brawling overshadowed his shadow tricks, he faded into obscurity. Now he returns, determined to reclaim attention, and control.

New Sirius Brawler

How Sirius Works

His main attack fires two projectiles simultaneously:

Attack ComponentFunction
Shadow StrikeTravels in a straight line
Star BombManually aimed, deals area damage

This dual-projectile system allows him to pressure enemies both directly and indirectly at the same time.

The real innovation lies in Brawler Shadows. After landing enough hits, Sirius collects shadows from enemies. These shadows mimic traits of their original counterparts. For example, a Frank Shadow has significantly more health than a Leon Shadow. By default, shadows follow Sirius and attack nearby enemies.

His Super allows him to summon up to three shadows and actively command them. By aiming his Super, he can direct them to guard an area or attack a specific target. The result feels almost like a mini real-time strategy layer inside a Brawl match.

His Hypercharge strengthens the summoned shadows, making him even more threatening in coordinated team fights. A special release event is also planned for him.

Najia – Mythic Damage Dealer

The second new Brawler, Najia, takes players back to the Pyramid Quest theme. Originally hired by Finx to create more difficult puzzles, Najia eventually chose to help those trapped by his time-warping schemes.

New Najia Brawler

Najia is a Mythic Damage Dealer built around poison control and flexible projectile mechanics.

Her main attack involves throwing a jar containing a snake. While the jar travels, the snake can be released in any direction. This makes her extremely effective at hitting enemies behind walls or in tricky positions. The jar deals impact damage, while the snake applies poison that stacks over time, increasing pressure in prolonged fights.

Her Super, “Danger Noodles,” releases three paper snakes that travel outward and poison enemies in an area. It can also be manually aimed to control exactly where the snakes land. Najia excels in zoning and area denial, particularly in objective-based modes.

Buffies Update – Expanded and Improved

This update delivers a large batch of new Buffies for six Brawlers: Crow, Bibi, Bull, Nita, Leon, and Bo. These changes enhance Gadgets, Star Powers, and Hypercharge interactions.

Here is a simplified overview:

BrawlerCore Buffie Enhancements
CrowPoison converts to shield, bouncing effects added, Hyper attack pierces and returns
BibiLifesteal added, stronger slow effects, shield improvements, faster Hyper attacks
BullMark-based lifesteal, stun interactions, brief invulnerability potential
NitaBruce damage boosts, overheal mechanics, reload speed buffs
LeonClone swap ability, improved invisibility damage, consistent damage regardless of distance
BoThrowable totem, arrow-triggered mines, larger explosion radius

If any of these Brawlers previously had a Mythic Gear, it will be removed and refunded.

Buffies are now obtainable through a new Claw Machine system, where the first pull is free. A random Buffie will also appear monthly in Mega Quests, and Rush Events provide additional resources to support upgrades.

The New Trophy System (No More Resets)

One of the most impactful changes is the removal of Trophy resets. Progress is now permanent.

From 0 to 1000 Trophies, players unlock cosmetic rewards:

Trophy MilestoneReward
250Player Icon + Spray
500Three Pins
75029-Gem Skin
1000Gold Brawler Title

Players also earn more Trophies per win, and win streak bonuses now scale up to +10 Trophies, making progression faster and more rewarding.

Prestige System Explained

Once a Brawler reaches 1000 Trophies, the Prestige system activates. This is designed for highly skilled players who want to demonstrate mastery.

Prestige LevelUnlocks
Prestige 1Neon Brawler Icon + Permanent 1000 Trophy lock
Prestige 2Rank change + Rare Player Icon
Prestige 3Neon Brawler Title (equivalent to old Rank 35)

Prestige 3 removes win streak bonuses and underdog advantages, ensuring matchmaking is skill-focused. The system now relies on hidden MMR, meaning opponents are selected based on skill level rather than Trophy count alone.

Leaderboards now calculate ranking using total Trophies, Prestige Trophies, and total number of Prestiges. The previous Prestige system becomes a legacy stat in player profiles.

Rush Events – Resource Boosting Mode

Rush Events introduce a temporary activation mechanic. Players press and hold a large button in the mode selection screen to activate it. For a limited time, every match rewards increased Coins, Power Points, Chaos Drops, and even bonus Trophies.

Because the event duration is limited, strategic activation is important. Playing with friends increases the likelihood of maximizing rewards.

New Skins – Sands of Time & Dragons vs Faeries

The Sands of Time theme returns with desert-inspired cosmetics, including Sandstalker Lily, Sultan Cordelius variations, Bodyguard Bibi, Canopic Jar 8-Bit, Dynasty Doug, and Magic Lamp Larry & Lawrie.

The Dragons & Faeries theme introduces Faerie Bonnie and Dragon Griff as major highlights, alongside Faerie Mina, Faerie Frank, Dragon Maisie, and Dragon Grom. The Pro Pass skin features Dragon Crow, which evolves into an Ultimate Boss Dragon form with two Chroma variations.

New Game Modes and Gameplay Changes

Loaded Showdown replaces traditional boxes with Mystery Boxes that can contain power-ups, throwable items like bombs or bowling balls, and even the first-ever bumper car in the game.

New boss fights with unique dungeon-style mechanics are also arriving. Additionally, game modifiers such as the Finx projectile freeze and moving sandstorms introduce dynamic environmental challenges.

Samurai Smash receives a thematic overhaul centered around Sirius, where teams compete to defeat more Brawler Shadows than their opponents.

Additional Improvements

Visual clarity is improved with new shield effects:

  • White for respawn protection
  • Yellow for damage reduction
  • Purple for temporary bonus health

Pierce and Glowbert also receive new Hypercharges. Pierce now fires two waves of piercing projectiles, while Glowbert’s Hypercharge spreads fear in all directions and increases damage taken by affected enemies.

Final Thoughts

This update fundamentally changes progression, competition, and gameplay strategy in Brawl Stars. With permanent Trophy progress, the introduction of Prestige mastery, two innovative Brawlers, expanded Buffies, and new event mechanics, the game enters a new era of skill-based progression.
